Can I sell a broken or damaged phone?

Yes for carrier-locked and financed phones: choose your carrier when you get your estimate, and sign out of all accounts before you ship. A phone still being paid off gets a revised offer after inspection, as our Terms explain. We do not buy lost or stolen phones.
