About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Phone Cash Out website or sell a device to Phone Cash Out and Apple World, 3501 Old Winter Garden Rd, Suite 102, Orlando, FL 32805. By using the website or selling a device to us, you accept them. Our Buyback Terms, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.
Using our website
You agree to give accurate information, to use the website only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with how it works.
Quotes and offers
Our website does not show prices. You send us your device details and photos through our Get a Quote form, and our team sends you an offer. An offer is based on the details and photos you give us. It is not final until we have inspected the device and you have approved the final offer.
Selling a device
You can sell in person at Apple World or by mail. By selling a device to us, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to sell it, and that it has not been reported lost or stolen. The detailed conditions are in our Buyback Terms.
Payment
We pay by Zelle, Cash App, PayPal or Business Check, as you choose. Payment is issued only after you approve the final offer. When the payment reaches you depends on the method you choose.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully or against these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any change is posted on this page with a new effective date.
