Who we are
Phone Cash Out and Apple World are one business with two ways to serve you. Apple World is our store at 3501 Old Winter Garden Rd, Suite 102, Orlando, FL 32805, where people come in every day of the week to buy, sell, repair and unlock their devices. Phone Cash Out is the same team online. It lets you sell your iPhone or other eligible electronics to us from wherever you are, and it follows the same simple rule we follow at the counter: you know what you are getting for your device, and nothing is final until you agree to it. Whether you walk through our door or send your device in the mail, you are dealing with the same people, the same process and the same care.
Apple World in Orlando
Apple World is more than a place to sell a device. We sell new Apple products, we repair devices, and we unlock phones so they can be used with the carrier you choose. We also take trade-ins, so the device you no longer need can go toward the one you want next. Everything is offered at reasonable prices, and our team is happy to talk you through your options before you decide anything. The store is open 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Come by, bring your device, and we will take a look at it together.
How selling works
Selling to us starts with a few details about your device, sent through our Get a Quote form: the model, its storage, its condition and a few photos. Our team reviews them and sends you an offer. You can then bring the device to Apple World and complete the sale at the store, or mail it to us. If you mail it, we send you a prepaid, tracked shipping label, paid by us, and you ship with UPS or FedEx. When your device arrives, we inspect it against the details you gave us. If we find a difference, we send you a revised offer and the choice is yours: accept it, or decline it and we return your device at no shipping cost to you. You approve the final offer before any payment is issued, and we pay by Zelle, Cash App, PayPal or Business Check, whichever you prefer.
What we buy
We buy iPhones and other smartphones, iPads and tablets, MacBooks and other laptops, Apple Watch and a wide range of other eligible electronics. If you are not sure whether we buy your device, send us its details through our Get a Quote form and we will tell you. Businesses with a number of devices to sell, such as computers, monitors or other IT equipment, can use our business request form, and our team will contact them to talk through the equipment.
