Phone Cash Out is the online buyback service of Apple World, our store in Orlando. You can sell to us in whichever way suits you: in person at the store, or by mail. Both start the same way.
Both start with Get a Quote
Send us the model, its storage, its condition and a few photos through our Get a Quote form. Our team reviews them and sends you an offer. Nothing is final until you accept it, and you can follow each step in your account.
Selling in person
Bring your device to Apple World at 3501 Old Winter Garden Rd, Suite 102, Orlando, FL 32805. The store is open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the sale is completed at the store.
Selling by mail
Once you accept your offer, we send you a prepaid, tracked shipping label for UPS or FedEx. We pay for the label.
When your device arrives, we inspect it against the details you gave us. If something differs, we send you a revised offer with the reason, and you decide. If you decline, we return your device at no shipping cost to you.
Getting paid
We pay by Zelle, Cash App, PayPal or Business Check. You choose how you want to be paid when you accept your offer.
