How a sale works
You send us your device details and photos through our Get a Quote form, and our team sends you an offer. If you accept, you either bring the device to Apple World or mail it to us with a prepaid, tracked shipping label, paid by us. We ship with UPS and FedEx. We inspect every device before payment.
Ownership
You must own the device or be authorised to sell it. We may ask you for proof of ownership.
Condition and inspection
Your offer is based on the model, storage, condition and working state you describe, and on your photos. When the device arrives, we inspect it against your description. We pay particular attention to cracked or damaged screens, battery condition, whether every function works, and whether the device is locked.
Find My iPhone and activation lock
Before you send a device, sign out of your accounts and turn off Find My iPhone or any other activation lock. We cannot buy a device that is still locked to an account. If a device arrives locked, we contact you. If the lock cannot be removed, we treat it as a device we cannot process.
When the offer changes
If the inspection finds a difference from your description, such as a cracked screen, a weaker battery or a fault you did not mention, we send you a revised offer. The choice is yours: accept it, or decline it and we return your device at no shipping cost to you. You approve the final offer before any payment is issued.
Devices we cannot process
We cannot buy a device that is fraudulent or counterfeit, that has been reported lost or stolen, that is still activation-locked, or that we cannot legally or safely process.
Data left on the device
Please erase your personal data before you send a device. If we find personal information on a device we receive, we may remove it as part of our processing. We do not intentionally access, copy or share your files or accounts.
Payment
Once you approve the final offer, we pay by Zelle, Cash App, PayPal or Business Check, as you chose. When the payment reaches you depends on the method.
