When we return a device
If our inspection finds a difference from your description, we send you a revised offer. If you decline it, we return your device at no shipping cost to you.
How your device comes back
We send the device back to the address on your order with a tracked service from UPS or FedEx. You can follow the return from your account, and we tell you when it has been delivered.
A device we cannot process
If we cannot process a device, for example because it is still activation-locked, we contact you about what happens next.
After you approve the final offer
Once you have approved the final offer and payment has been issued, the sale is complete and the device is not returned.
