Shipping Policy

In person or by mail
You can bring your device to Apple World, 3501 Old Winter Garden Rd, Suite 102, Orlando, FL 32805, open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Or you can mail it to us.
Your prepaid, tracked label
When you accept an offer and choose to mail your device, we provide a prepaid, tracked shipping label, paid by us. We ship with UPS and FedEx. Your label is in your account.
Packing your device
Pack the device carefully in a sturdy box with enough padding that it cannot move. Include only the device and any accessories you told us about. Attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier shown on it.
Tracking
You can follow your shipment from your account. We tell you when the device has arrived and when it has been inspected.
If you decline a revised offer
If you decline a revised offer, we return your device at no shipping cost to you. Our Returns Policy explains how.
